Hello, my name is Sydney Jaxtheimer.

I currently a morning anchor for Good Day Virginia at WFXR, the FOX affiliate in Roanoke, Va.  

​

I previously worked three years as a reporter/anchor at WSLS, the NBC affiliate in Roanoke. 

 

From 2019 to 2021, I worked at WJAC, the NBC affiliate in Johnstown, Pa. as a multi-media journalist and fill-in anchor.

I have a passion for sharing other people's stories using multimedia platforms.
